Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and pretty new to paint balling. I recently took apart my 2 a5's to clean and lube. I probably took it apart 5 times each already and I never had a problem when i finished and tested firing until today. I'm using a 48/3000 hpa tank and both are connected directly to the tombstone. So when I turned on on my tank both guns would start leaking at the tombstone. Is this because the hpa tank is low on air and doesn't have enough pressure to seal? I probably had 700 or 800 psi in my tank.
Please help
Thank You

700-800 psi is at the bare minimum operating range for a standard mechanical Tippmann and the low pressure could very well be causing the leak because the cup seal is not properly seating. As a side note, it is a good idea to cock your Tippmanns before airing them up.

So I got my tank filled today and it was the low pressure in the tank.
Now I'm wondering about the tombstone. It it suppose to wiggle a bit when there's no air pressure? Its locked in with the latch. Should I put teflon tape around it to make it tight or will that affect the tombstone and the oring?
When you shoot is there suppose to be and blow back air coming out the tombstone and asa area?
Thanks for your help!

If it doesn't leak . . . don't mess with it. Additionally, anything larger than a 4 oz. tank shouldn't be directly connected to the tombstone. The weight/mass will eventually warp the marker body and result in a leak that can only be fixed by replacing the marker shells. (The wiggle you mentioned could be the start of this problem.)
