My feeder will only advance when empty of just a couple of balls in rotary. What could be the issue, I plan on disassembling it but wanted to know what to look for or if some else had the same problem. Any help would be great. It hasn't been used much and it is well maintained and has been getting worse and now it is a major problem.

I have also had it in for repairs twice but they cant seem to fix the problem. And when u manually turn the feeder it will shoot a few more.

Ok, I'll explain again, It will feed if I just have a couple of balls in the hopper but then when have a full hopper it won't. I don't think the feeder is advancing. It doesn't help even when I push the plunger to do it manually. I did a little reading last night and it sounds like there is a gear inside there, could that be stripped? Any ideas?

What size tanks?  9oz, 12 oz, 20, 24 oz?  Did you hook up HPA tanks and try it?
