ok so me and some friends just got in to pb again. i have a 98 that i modded out but cant seem to dial it in. i installed cyclone feeder and e trigger. I am having the same problem weather i run with my stock barrel or my battle stixxs hammerhead. but i cant get any consistancy wat so ever. ive tried adjusting my velocity starting all the way down and slowly turning trying to find a nice spot ive also had it chronoed and that didnt seem to work. is there something im missing or can try to replace to get it to shoot more accurately ?

Make sure your paint isn't old or cheap.
Are you using CO2 or compressed air, and how full is the tank? At what distance are you trying to zero? |

I was running both HPA and CO2. Tried both. not sure of the real footage i was tryin to hit but put it this way i get 30 feet and it starts tailing. Both tanks were filled at the begining of the day. Is there a way to tune it in other then velocity or any internals that can be causing this problem. my friend has the same gun but shoots much straighter

What brand paint are you using? It might just be the paint to bore size. It could also be that the paint ball is dimpled.

Try cleaning the barrels as well.
I'm assuming by consistency you are referring to where the paint is going as opposed to the velocity it is moving at? Edited by Mack - 12 March 2012 at 10:57am |

yeah where its going ive been tryin several diff paints my boy has been using same paint thru his delta elite and is shooting soo accurate

that's odd. i have an ACT i'm thinking of doing the same to.
have you found a solution? i wonder if an upgraded internals kit like a zero kick hammer or new spring set or something would correct it? |
