Already had the game lose connection to the internet twice. Only on level 2. This doesn't bode well.

Apparently the roll-out has been, uh, less than perfect. They didn't prepare enough on the server-side for the amount of people who would be playing.

I thought EA was the champion of that. Even the "most anticipated shooter of the year" didn't have enough server capacity on launch.
I get that you don't want 100000 unused servers by the second week, but honestly? Have them for the launch and when the initial rush dies off, use them for your next title launch. KBK |

I think it's a bit of a craps shoot when they do a roll out with the servers. I understand not wanting to buy a bunch of servers and then not use them, but why not rent some extra space on a server farm instead. Then, if subscriptions pick up, you can buy new servers and migrate them.
Honestly, they knew what the load was going to be like from presales, so they have no real excuse for not being prepared. Unfortunately, the only way to truly show your displeasure is to cancel your subscription and not play the game..... |

Yeah...

Yeah so I read the early player reviews and decided to hold off until the server issues get fixed.
I'd go on a rant about requiring a server log in to play a game but I guess that would be beating a dead horse at this point. For those of you that bought, let us know how you enjoy it
