I recently became interested in paintball and decided to pickup a carver one as my first marker. It arrived today, I put the battery in the handle, screwed in the CO2, hear the air pressure engage, but when I pull the trigger I get no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Silly question . . . but did you pull back on the charging handle?

Is charging handle the same as bolt handle? if so, yes I pulled it back until it locked in place before attaching the CO2.

I took apart the e-grip and discovered the problem was due to the spring having wiggled loose during shipping. Issue has been resolved :)

So far, it has been amazing! I have used it 3 times at the nearby speedball field and it far out performs any of the rental guns. Everyone is very complimentary of the look/feel of the gun, and its performance on the field. The last time I went, the other players requested the teams be stacked against me in order to 'even the playing field.' The E-Trigger upgrade on this gun makes it a complete beast, however my hopper (proto primo) cannot keep up with the fire rate. Also, I find that accuracy at a longer distance is not quite what it should be, so I will be investing in a longer barrel.
I have woodsball games tomorrow, I am excited to test the performance in a less controlled setting.
