First off, Tippmann and Empire make for top notch sponsors and I'd like to thank them and Dave at Hell Survivors for making such a great event possible. HS has mastered the art of running a top notch event and they are now using Android tablets at the field for signing waivers which was cool but a little glitchy responding to inputs .   Sign the waiver and your name appears at the registration desk.

With games being smaller than some may remember from the past, the in your face action was constant and Crook who was XO made an excellent leader and sacrificed by not playing and ran the World teams show. I couldn't figure out who our general was.

Tippmann seemed to really take a beating today and spent most of the day simply trying to enter the field from the main entrance because the World team held all of the flag stations for a large portion of the day.   With working out equipment glitches before the game and a continual problem that persisted all day long that had nothing to do with me or my equipment, I only spent about 1 hour on the field but logged 5 confirmed and 3 possibles. CHECK-IT asa leak on my main shooter, autococker with constant Fsdo so they both went in the bag for the day.   Pulled out the pm5 and the thing is a champ.

An issue that I had today that kept me off of the field all day may be mentioned later. I just don't think that I should tackle it just yet hoping that it works itself out.

I think I'll be playing for Tippmann next year and I believe that they were outnumbered. I'm interested in how tomorrow works out and hopefully Tippmann can turn it around. I tried to encourage some of them by letting them know that the World teams disposition was actually laid back in many instances and that they need to get more aggressive.

It was so fun getting back on the field again!

I was out of state that weekend, but I REALLY want to go to one of these games... I need to schedule it for next year and just make sure it happens!

Any one of the three big games are great actually.   Global Conquest, mmg, or twc. Let me know when you're heading up.

Question fe,
how do you feel about leaving unattended gear in the dz at a game? Do you make any special provisions regarding? While I had an excellent arrangement this year for parking it may not be available next season and am considering buying some type of easy setup tent for gear and shade.

I never do it personally... I just don't want to risk something being gone when I get back. It is either locked in my trunk (which is what I typically do) Or on my body. I look like the stay puff marshmellow man playing scenario as I carry as much paint as I possibly can (I have a belt that holds 8 pods and my air tank, AND my vest with everything else...).

But, I typically can play for about 4 hours this way before heading back to reload... And by then I'm ready for a break anyway!

Hs has a bus that constantly transports players from parking.
