i dont think they make em cuz ive looked for em so i think u need to buy a normal one and scrape or sand it to a blade i may be wrong though |

There's two, the JCS Blade trigger for E-Grip at www.bp-usa.com and the ones Evil-98 makes, just PM him for info, or search for the thread, Evil prototype triggers or something along those lines.
