hey, this is my first post here. Just getting onboard with tippmann. I just bought a 98c and im wondering what i would need to install an x-chamber. Could somone let me know everything i'll need to get it working. Thanks |

you will need a 98 custom vertical adaptor, expansion chamber (i recommend the dop x-core 8 stage), 1 90* connector fitting, and a 6 inch steel braided hose. thats what i got and it works like a charm.

You will need a vertical adapter no matter what, along with a 90* fitting. You can just use the same steel hose you use now. You will also need some tephlon tape so air wont leak through the threads. |

Either what they have said above, or just buy the Tippmann x chamber kit on ebay for like $40.

thanks for the advice, but where exactly does the teflon tape go? and if i do get the marroline kit.. will i still need to use teflon tape? |

The only place teflon tape needs to be used is on the threads.
