Can someone please tell me how to put a response trigger on an Model 98, not custom?

Tippmann's Proshop will do it for you. It requires "retro-fitting"

ActionMan98,
To be honest, I don’t believe that Hybrid-Sniper’s response was at all sarcastic or overly critical. I just think he was making note of the Model 98 needing some sort of modification for the Response Trigger mechanism. To be honest, I didn’t think you could put a Response Trigger on a Model 98.
Anyway, I don’t believe his comment was meant the way you took it. In any case, welcome to the forum and welcome to paintball!

Yes the modle 98 dose need spical modafaction for the R/T to fit. so need to be a snoty to each other

hybrid-sniper is right...they are different and the 98 needs some screwing around for the RT. not to make neone mad but actionman98 should just cool down....so take some advice.

Hey!
Well...now lets not turn this into a flamefest.
In order for the M98 to be able to accept an R/T, you must send your gun into Tippmann so they can retrofit it to your marker.
During the process, they mill out the inside of the reciever, mainly in the lower reciever to make it compatible with the R/T.
Then vuala!
You get your baby back in the mail and it's set and ready to go!
