Well, it's cheap and dependable. The 7.5" one is just as accurate as the 11.5" one (or so I hear).

Get the small one! It's cute.

My sig is stupid.

I have a 12" on my 98C. Its accurate, has a good finish (bead blast), durable and looks good on my marker too.

DON'T LISTEN TO HIM. Paintballs need 8 inches to stabalize. Go for the 11.5"(if there is one I always thought it was 12") 12" through 14" are the best sizes becasue they are as accurate as you are going to get.

The good things about the lapco bigshot is that it is cheap and very effective. It's just as accurate as a boomstick except not as durable or shiny. MMM... shiny. anyway, the lapco bigshot definatly gives you the most bang for your buck.

I need to find smaller pictures for my profile.

Shhhh....

The barrel is 8". Techincally all 8 inch barrels are 7.5". The threads are 1/2 inch.

I want to ask if it's an exageration to clarify, but I'm afraid of the answer.

Between the 8, 12, and 14 you would probably not see a lick of difference.

Yeah, don't listen to me! I'm a joke!

If you want more accuracy at a farther range, get the 11.5 inch one. The 7.5 barrel is better than the stock barrel, so you can get it for looks without feeling like you wasted your money, but you can get the 12 inch one for accuracy at farther range. The 7.5 inch one might reduce paintball breaks a tad, too.

Either barrel is a good investment.

My sig is stupid.
