milsim issues (im for it)

     I dont get it, everywhere i look someone seems to have a problem with another persons gun becasue its a milsim and what not, so my problem here is that paintball originated with the military just like the internet and everything else in this great country of ours.  and considering this is a tippmann site, and tippmann is mostly, let me emphasise that again MOSTLY used for woods ball, whats the big deal, your crawlin around in your BDU and what not "hunting" the other guy or guys, just the same as the military does, so arnt you playing milsim already?  and big whoopty damn doo if you deck your gun out to resemble the real thing, more power to ya as long as it still holds the kickass reputation of a tippmann.  so basically my point here is that if you play woods ball your playing milsim already so why not have a gun to match?  as for speedball, i play that to with my stock a5 and dont have any problems, my gun hasnt jammed or misfired and ive never broken paint, only dif is that im not putting out as much paint as someone with an angel.  so thats it...haters arent cool, play your way the rest of us will play OUR way.

ya paintball did come from the miltary and use to be a war game but it has evoled into two things the sport of speed ball and the game of scenarios.

paintball from farmers marking cattle and trees?  first off cattle are "branded" usually with a hot pice of rot iorn, and trees are "posted" with signs that say private property or "posted no hunting" the second i despise because they are farmers who like rent out theyre land to out of state hunters.  more money for theyre greedy gov filled hands, obviously i hunt and second i watch alot of war **edited**.. specially like mail call with R LEE ERMEY, good show.  and please.  if your going to talk atleast try to sound intelligent.....just watch, some jack ass english class **edited** is gonna correct me on spelling errors

sorry Spence, but you are 100 percent wrong. The splatmaster and PGP were the first paintball guns. They were used to mark cattle and to mark trees.

The military adopted paintball well after it officially became a sport.
