I'm pretty sure you don't need a regulator for a 'Mag, they already have one in the valve.

Yes, an AutoMag already has the built-in A.I.R valve. This regulates incoming gas down to around 400psi. A 2ndry regulator does help on AutoMags that run on Co2. With Nitro though, a 2ndry regulator will starve your A.I.R valve. Do not use a 2ndry reg with Nitro on a mag. Only with Co2.
If you do use a reg with Co2, the only one out of those that would work well is the MaxFlo. Also, you'd need a reg that outputs at least 700psi. Most of the ones you listed are low pressure. They would not work on a mag since a mag needs at least 650psi running into it. Edited by warbeak2099 |

Well if you're getting an x-valve then forget a reg. Oh, and the spyder frames are really going well. A lot of people are doing the mod and it works awesome.
