I have a 98 and wanted to make it a Sniper from the StealthLine cause I didn't know you could buy em' like that. I wanted to know if the 98 Sniper is any good for general use and not just from sniping. Also overrall how good it is.

The 98 Sniper is not that Effective... I think that kit is a waste of money...  If your looking for a Pretty good gun from there Stealth line Buy the 98 Response, you wont regreat it.

Note: The Barrel sux on the response Upgrade that p.d.q.... and buy a Vertical Adapter and a expansion Chamber... Im sure tippmann will also Sell that to you..

I think what your looking for is a Flatline barrel system for your M98 Custom. Basically all the barrel does is increase the distance your paintballs will travel. Flatlines are great for suppression fire on people that would normally be out of range. Use good small bore paint like Marbalizers or Diablo if you get one. Flatlines are great for Woodsball, but not so great in Speedball (depending on the field.)

The kit also comes with a remote line I think, PMI makes a good one. I got mine at Opsgear.com. Paintballgear.com and Countypaintball.com have good prices on the Flatline.

I would suggest getting a Flatline barrel. I wouldn't imagine that the 98Sniper would be the best thing for speedball. It would be cool for woodsball, though.
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.
