APG is okay, if you don't mind 150 pages of ads. Splat magazine looks alot smaller, but when you consider how many less ads there are in it, you get the same amount of reading material. Plus, Splat has the coolest action pics.

APg is really only marketed to newbies. Just notice how much they have articles directed to new players. I say PB2X, Splat, Face-full, or P8nt(if you want a magazine hardcore on event coverage). All are great magazines. |

APG is the best of the lot, and thats not saying much. Every other rag is all about tourney trash.
Of course APG is articles of "mommy wont let me play paintball", some 4 month old product reviews, a scenario article, and the rest more tourney trash. Of course every other page is an ad. |
