I've been debating over getting an e-grip for my A-5 but have heard that they mess up a lot but then again I've heard that they don't. Just wanted to get more opinions.  I searched the forums but couldn't find a lot of answers.

I dont think a E-grip shouldn't give you any trouble unless you...

  1. Use a Non-GTA 2x trigger
  2. Play in the Rain/
    Snow
  3. The Mod Screw is Stripped

yeah like I've said before, people who think the E-Grip never works just don't know how to take care of things. I just don't like how its capped and that its a battery monster, it goes through 9 volts like no other.

The E-grip is a battery monster because the sear has too much pressure/ friction on it. You can make your battery last twice as long if you put a bit of oil on the sides of the sear. Don't worry, the oil won't get down onto the battery.
