Well, alright, I have a tippmann A-5 with a 12in j&j barrel, a lapco drop adapter,c+p drop with on/off, 45/4500 tank, and im thinking about getting a tippy comp air kit with a black magic reg,a e-grip, and a 16in dye altralite. My question is, would it be cheaper to buy a new gun(o4/03 wgp cocker with e-blade, or would it be good to just stick with the gun I have?

THANKS,

Don't bother with the comp air kit, I used it for a month, but it wasn't worth the trouble. The E grip is a good mod, and will make your gun fast enough to be competetive. Rather than  getting the ultralight, get a Lapco. I've got an ultralight on one of my guns, but it doesn't work any better than the Lapco. You also might think of getting a larger tank, on a A5, weight is an issue, so a fiber tank is the best option.
For I will wander to and fro,
I'll go where I no one do know,

But, see I want to the comp kit to help solve the tippys gas hog problem.
