I shoot an A-5

I'm about to upgrade to low pressure but I haven't bought a secondary regulator yet... these are my only options (I am going to buy it from my proshop)

I already use HPA, so don't tell me that the Palmers are awesome with CO2, cus I don't care.

     I've been told over and over to go 'Palmer', but, like you said, I've got Co2, so your case may be different.

None of the above.  Get an AKA Sidewinder/2 Liter.  It has the fastest LP recharge rate.
