I wouldn't get the FlatLine because they are hard to clean. I would go for a kit if you play alot in diffrent conditions and diffrent areas. A kit gives you plenty of diffrent backs. You probaly ask "what are all the backs for, I only need one." Well wrong. The backs are for when say that one kind of paintball u use is a diffrent size of paintball than another u use. The backs are so u can see waht back fits for that paintball. If u want to spend the money for a Flatline u could spend the same amount of money as u would and get a kit.

wut do u play, speedball or woodsball...i'd say go with the reak kit, u can use that in any style of play, but a flatline is only good in woodsball. Well...it's only worth having in woods ball. Even then it's a pain 2 use, gotta screw it in right n all that jazz...

Depends on which gun you have... But if you are talking A-5, I have both the Flatline and a Freak. I don't use the Freak on the A-5 at all anymore, whether for speedball or woodsball. The A-5 Flatline is just that good, IMO. But generally, the Freak is only worth the dough if you shoot a variety of paint. If you mostly shoot the same kind of paint, you may be better off getting a single good barrel anyway. Kits can be overkill for most people. |

i would say the same thing as fast splat. a flatline i have never liked for alot of reasons, if ya wanna no what pm me i dont wanna make n e one mad on here like what used to happen. a freak kit will alow you to be way more adjustable and ready for anything, first your bore size, what ever paint you get you can make it fit in your barrel for best accuracy. then you can figure out if you need a little more range or if your playing close and tight how long you want your barrel. if your playing close than use a 10", but if your playing little longer than you could use a 14". |

o.... and your poll isn't going to be right because some one just keeps voting on the flatline because there is no limits of votes. the flatline you need wrenches with the a-5 to take it off. and in a game that would suck. And with a barrel kit you will have better accuracy.

Your poll is fine. But there seem to be alot of posts from people who have no idea what their talking about. Case in point, the Flatline can be removed from the A-5 by removing two pins, no tools required. My advice is to try both and decide which is best for you. |
