I have 3 20oz CO2 tanks and 1 Nitro 68/3000 that were filled up for a camping trip during the summer. Well I ended up using only one of the CO2 tanks. Is there any special process to store these over the winter? Are they good to stay filled up until next summer or when I get a chance at indoor play later this winter? Let me know. Thanks.

There is one major thing to remember. CO2 is a cold, compressed air (in liquid form when filled). So make sure it is NOT in direct sunlight. In general keep it in a cool place so that the liquid does not expand into a gas and blow the BOV (Blow off valve). So long as ur BOV works properly u will not have a disaster, just a $2 part to replace, but if it does not work properly then your tank may explode if full and stored in too hot of a place.

Valve protectors also help to prevent the pin from being accidently pushed when stored

shouldnt be a problem , store them in your room , so they dont get too hot or too banged up . both will last indefinitly , CO2 and HPA

Keep them in a closet or your basement, some place cool and out of sunlight. Keep them on the floor lying down so they can't fall. Don't be surprised if your co2 tanks are empty or near empty next spring.
