Hey guys,
I havnt been in the market for cold weather paint for a couple years now and I was wondering what my options are now. The only type of weather ball I have any experance with is RPS's polor ice which have been alright but I would like to find something better. Can anyone let me know what is available now, and were I can find it. Btw I shoot Co2 on a woods ball field. Thanks -Northlord |

Most Paintball manufacturers use Propylene glycol in the formula for the fill of the balls , PG is a foodgrade , edible antifreeze , doesnt taste good , but keeps Yer balls from freezing solid when its cold , the percentage of Propylene G determines the freezing point of the fill , so ,,, If I was you , and really concerned , I might email the makers of the Paintballs you were considering , and asking them the freeze temperature of their specific products , and explain why you are asking , I bet you get some answers, and we might like to hear about it here,, when you get responses back !! I play in the desert SW (Arizona) , so freezing isnt a problem here , but most arent that lucky , Tell us what you find out ,it just might be Sticky worthy !! (Ask a Mod first tho,, (,/ Shrugs,,,, Enos Prolly aint that anal to reject an idea from me , but never know , he and I been having a running gun fight since I signed up for this gig . This month , its Shadow 1 , Enos 0 ,,, Next month, who knows ?? ) I dont Like Enos , but I respect what he can do with a carbine , He dont like me , but I dont care... Enos can be an ass sometimes, and so can I . but for the most part , he does his duty.. |

I have tried Draxxus Arctic Inferno and it performs really good in the cold weather. I would suggest trying it and seeing which one you think is better for you.
