It alows you to run the gun at a lower preashure setting equating to a MUTCH more efficant marker.

It is not a nessasary upgrade but will get quiet a few more shots out of the tank.

If your running your gun on N2 without the LP system your gona need a high pressure set tank.  The out put pressure for a tippmann to operate is 800-850psi so gettine a preset tank to that psi is probly easiest and best.

Oh and welcome to the forums and have fun.

It lets u run lower pressure which low pressure = good, because your running more smoothly, and u save air.

u dont need it, ur 98 will work fine with out the LPK, some people that had it say its a useless upgrade and they did't notice too much of a difference. I would just buy a nice Crossfire tank, 4500 psi, and save the money.

there is not point in buying it really, but it does soften down the kick aswell.

if it moves it becomes a target.

It allows your gun to run on low pressure. It also increases consistency and can regulate
Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

haha really now, a LP system lowers the operating pressure and willl greatly improve your velocity by letting it been in a much closer range ex 285 283 285 there wont be any drastic spike when shooting fast. It also quiets your marker down alot and reduces kickback
