Biceps really. Anyway, I'm kinda short and skinny so I always get
looked at as like..the little guy or whatever even though I'm almost
18. So, I don't really want to devote my life to it or anything but I'd
like to make my arms bigger(cause thats really what most people look
at) to make up for my small stature. So yeah, with the intro out of the
way(lol), whats the best way to build up your arms?

Pushups and Createne!
Well, maybe just the former, if you have no gym to go to. If you have weights, do curls, benchpress, military press, other arm excersises. Dont just go for one muscle, work your whole body when you work out. |

I was also going to say steroids.
Do what I do, every time you take a shower, do 10 pushups. Every time you get a snack, do 10 pushups. Every time you get on the computer, do 10 pushups. It helps a lot. No girly pushups either. |

Pushups
You want bigger tricepts. The muscle opposite your bicept. They are what make you upper arms look bigger and the chicks really dig them. Bicept curls will work too. Just make sure to lower the weights slowly and slowly lift them up. Make sure you feel the extercise. Also you can take dumbells, bend forward at the waist extend your arms to the side and lower them to infront of your chest. Those should help. |

That may be good for some people, but not all. Working only 1 or 2 muscle groups during a workout has proven to be the easiest way to build/maintain muscle mass, for me at least. I lift to muscle failure, and rest that area for at least 2 weeks, usually 3 or more. Every time you work out, always try to increase the resistance. Change your routine every few months to avoid monotony. Specific lifts and exercises are up to you, but to build up your arms, you should probably focus on your deltoids, triceps, biceps, trapezius, and pectorals. However, don't neglect other areas. |

Creatine powder or pills. You take it and you have to work out for it to actually work. So lift wieghts and it helps build muscule quicker kinda jsut read alittle about it.
http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/ it has some popups http://www.information-creatine.com/ http://www.drugstore.com/qxc2562_333181_sespider/creatine/cr eatine.htm Edited by HeadHunter59 |

Hades has the right idea, triceps>biceps. they make up more of you
arms in mass and muscle, but work your bi's too, it'll make your arms
look more proportional(sp) and, you'll be that much stronger. You kind
of sound like me, except im 6'2 and sort of skinny (180). Just start
lifting, you could go for creatine (i've used it, it does help).
Protein shakes!!! Protein shakes>all. i love em. Gets rid of
post-workout soreness, so you can give it your all everyday. But don't
work the same muscles everyday either...wears you down a lot.
Hope that helps. |

Find some dumbbells put some weight on them find the amount to where your only capable of doing 3sets of 10-12 reps each thats lifting it 10-12 times once then waiting a few mins then doing that 2 more times after that you shouldent be able to lift a thing do regular curls and skullcrushers with those to get biceps and dont do pushups that works your chest and triceps not your biceps though bigger triceps will make your arms bigger aswell and creatine is good yes but work out for a month or so before taking this stuff

People keep saying do "pushups", doin push doesnt build yer biceps, rather it builds up the triceps (back part of the bicep) and the chest muscles, if you want bigger biceps, work on yer triceps 1st, wit this you will be able to lift alot more than you think...."overhead reverse tricep curls" is the answer in achieving massive arms, develope the triceps 1st then work on yer biceps, but workin on yer arms alone doesnt make the rest of the body look good....an entire overall workout would give you that Terminator "I'll be bach" look....go to the gym and get advises from the trainers or read up, theres at least 20 mags on the stands thats dedicated to building muscles....Muscle Developments has the best info in working out and then some. |

Pushups are more pec exercise/ tricep. Anyway, bicep curls would be the way to go. Start low, rest, then medium, then rest, then your max. As hateez said, go slow, you want to build resistance as well, going fast doesn't do anything. |
