An expansion chamber will aid in the expansion of CO2 from a liquid to a gas...but the pressure of that gas will still fluctuate and cause velocity issues. The Stabilizer will do this plus regulate your gas giving you consistant pressure and thus making the marker more consistant. If you are just looking at keeping CO2 out of your marker than the expansion chamber will do fine. If you are looking for better consistancy out of your marker then the Stabilizer is a better choice. |

run a remote to expand the air then have the stabilizer to regulate the co2.

I heard you can get twice as many shots out of a CO2 tank with a Stabilizer. I'm going to test it out tomorrow to confirm this. If you get a Stabilizer, get the cheapest one. Don't waste your money if you don't have to. Get the Inline stabilizer ($60 on www.countypaintball.com) and put it in front of the ASA to save yourself $30. |

I'm guessing your running CO2 right?? If your running stricly HPA, I'd
vote other, but if your using CO2 as your main or backup air source you'll be better off with the Stab. |

It's really a matter of preference, isn't it? There are different styles for different reasons...
