Im new to paintball and ive been hearing a lot of talk about the palmer stabilizer i have a m98c w/o upgrades i was thinking about getting this stabilizer but i was wondering if all i need is that peice or if i need to get a verticle adapter or soemthing to go with it. is it asy to install?

i think you can get one where you dont have to buy the vertical
adapter. yes they are very easy to instal, you just screw then in.

^ oh yeah that too, also a guage is really helpful because it tells you
the exact pressure going into the gun, when you dont have a guage it
just an estimated pressure going into the gun. i have the bob
long mini guage on mine and it does exactly what i need it to do.

What I've done to my marker is: I got an Inline Stabilizer (the cheapest one you can get, works just as good as the other types) and I installed it in front of the 98 Custom tank adapter, where the hose goes into. It works, and you don't need any vertical adapter or anything. The Inline Stabilizer is $6o. It keeps all liquid CO2 out of your gun, makes CO2 output consistent (you can adjust the pressure), and this will keep your velocity from fluctuating and therefore makes your paintballs land closer to each other (increasing accuracy). |

You should have changed that "will need" to "may need," in many cases you can just use the same steel-braided line and fittings. But new lines and fittings aren't very expensive if you do need them. I use the Teflon Sealant, "Real-Tuff" on the threads of fittings. |

Like Brainless_Fool said get the inline stabalizer. With that you won't need a vertical adapter. It should be pretty easy to install.

_fool can you post a pic of that setup cuase i wanna get either the female or inline and since i dont like the look of the fem mounts im leanin towards the inline.i dont quite understand how you did it what kind of fittings and stuff did u need if any.o my ASA is reversed so will it even work? if not...that sucks i guess

\ ; 3 | 1 = Inline Stabilizer 2 = Tank adapter 3 = Trigger grip # = Fitting of the Inline Stabilizer where hose connects to, and that hose runs straight up to the gun's valve = = fitting where the Inline Stabilizer connects to the Tank Adapter, normally where the hose connects to the Tank Adapter.
