check your hose-lines to make sure they're connected to the right places. also, press the rod that spins the impeller so you know it isn't blocked somehow. anyone have more suggestions?
if we can't help you here, then you'll have to find a paintball shop that can fix a-5's, let them check it out. |

Also in worst case scenario... you can always send the gun to Tippmann.. But definately find someone local before all else.

ok my first suggestion would be to check your air tank has enuff air, if it's allmost empty the cyclone will rarely work. if that's not the problem as i am sure you have allready checked that, i would grab the manual and double check all the O-rings, you could have a bad one, (when my A-5 was first out of the box i had to replace all the O-rings). from there seeings as you said you allready checked the hoses, i would take it too a pro shop. however don't be discouraged if you do end up having to send it to tippman, that's what i had to do with mine, and they did an awsome job, replaced some bad parts, and sent it back without charging me a thing. goodluck with this, try not to get too discouraged, you'll get it figured out.

The only time mine does anything like this is when the CO2 is getting low... good luck and let us know what the cause was when you figure it out.

Their is a spring inside your cyclone that if it breaks you gun will cycle however it will not feed check this part I replaced mine after about 15,000 rounds of paint went through my a-5

Order a new cyclone from Tippmann. Its free. Thats what I did when I broken the plastic on mine. And if it still doesn't feed then you know its something in the line.

Jesus- post in the Maintenance and Repair forum for better responses. More than likely, your ratchet is damaged and needs to be replaced. Order one from Tippmann, a proshop, or http://www.chasepb.com
