Hey, I'm thinking of getting a Tippmann A5. I know its good for woodsball.. but if its a stock A5 would it also be good for speedball use? Or would I want to either get a new gun or get a R/T or Elec trigger, I'm wanting to use the gun pure stock. Thanks.

The A-5 is good to play speedball with. Even though it's not your best choice it works. I would suggest getting a firepower upgrade like the r/t or egrip.

double trig.  I played at a brass eagle factory speedball course way back with nothing but flatline and double trigger.  prolly coulda done without the flatline, though it did help.  I was tagging the other team real well. I was a newb then, though i think i was a better shot for some reason......I'd highly recommend the double trig, or the r/t, but not both.  R/Ts are not allways field legal.

I would suggest gettin a better barrel and if nothing else a x-chamber so the gun doesn't freeze up on you.
