This tuesday I am taking the step from childhood to manhood and switching to DSL from my 56k. I am wondering what games I should buy that have good online and be able to play with fellow forumers. |

3 cheers for u. im not much of a gamer nemore but the games back in my day were renegade. now thers world of warcraft, call of duty:finest hour, halo2, ghost recon 2(it sux tho)

Heh, My specs are soon to be 1.5mhz 512mb ram and a TI4200 128mb Geforce 4. I wish I had an Xbox. I will probably buy either Half-life 2 or World of Warcraft this weekend. |

It's very unfortunate situation I am in. The place that I reside only has two broadband internet service providers. One does DSL, the other cable. These two companies are constantly fighting each other. At this moment the Cable ISP is actually has a lower price the the DSL. The Cable company is owned by a very rich man who owns a great multitude of business covering alot of the economy of this area. Here's the bad news comes in, he owns a business the rivals my family business, so there is no way we would ever support him. So I am stuck with DSL. It could be worse, I could still be using 56k modem. |
