I was wondering if its possible if you can send your
gun in to Tippmann to get it re-built or refurbished. I was also
wondering if Tippmann does a touch up paint jobs because the paint job
on my gun is looking real sad right now.

They can fix your gun, but im not sure if they repair markers

You could probaly make a deal with them. It wont be free though. Call them and ask about it.
