Paintball Mines/Grenades

Does anyone have a good idea on ho to make a cheap paintball mine? I don;t want to have to spend $40 on a reuseable one because I wouldn't use it that much.

Also does anyone know where to find paint for homemade grenades?

i got an idea! now about droping a whole bunch of paintballs on the ground so they pop when someone steps on them!(not sarcastic)

Your not using the paint that paints a house are you? Cause that crap stains.

actually that would suck when you get hit in the gun or when u get it in your mouth. that would definately ruin your day

Maybe for paint you could use corn syrup mixed with food coloring. It would stick to everything, be non-toxic and wash off. For a land mine I would take some PVC pipe and cut off 6”. Then insert a 12gram Co2 cartridge with the nozzle pointing into the pipe and the other end of the cartridge flush with the end of the pipe. Put on an end cap and seal up around the nozzle with Clear RTV silicon. Take another end cap and drill a hole through the center that will fit a nail long enough to have the sharp part in contact to rupture the cartridge and the head of the nail ½” above the cap. Drill the pipe and cap on the nail side until it looks like the muzzle break on your marker. Don’t go down too far, you need to fit paint. Now here’s the fun part – Fill it with paint and put the caps on. Wrap the top in tape and peal it off when you set it up. Don’t forget to glue your caps because if the bottom one gets pushed off by the cartridge instead of getting punctured it won’t go off. Bury it so the nail and side holes are exposed in hard soil.

PVC is nice and cheap just find the diameter that matches the cartridge.

Think and give them all you have from the beginning, and never weaken!

You could also make a "fake" mine that clicks when you step on it so they look down. Then you light them up from ur hiding spot nearby. That would be funny.

just for your info food coloring stains so that wouldnt be the greatest idea. why dont you just buy the venom paint refills. i mean its what you are sopose to use so just use that.
for the mine. if you need to make your own instead of just buying one. take the valve out of a co2 gun that takes the 12g co2s you have to do quite a bit of modifing so it really is just easier to buy. but you will need the valve high pressure hose, funnels, and make some kind of home made trigger. you will still need paint so just get the venom stuff
