I came across a local shop that had been working on their own barrel for about 4 years. I finally decided to give it a try one weekend, instead of my J & J. I have to say, that it was the most accurate barrel I have ever personaly used. It was basically made to shoot Draxus Blaze, & it completely outclasses everything I've seen. The name of the shop is the Armory, & so lacking any sort of imagination, they just call it the Armory Custom...... If anyone gets the chance to try one, they should........

The name of the shop is the Armory. There are a few of them in Oregon, around the Portland area. I think they may have a website now, but in all honesty, I haven't looked. They go for $50.00, & completely outclass my J & J, & the Boomstick which I have on a Phantom pump.

For $50; a barrel that outclasses the Boomy... sounds like an awesome deal if it shoots like you say it does.

It shoots Blaze, "dead nuts on"... However, I've had very good luck shooting any Draxxus paint. I'll post a picture of it tonight, my dig. camera was juiced out yesterday.

Uh....no. It is not a Bigshot or something. They are actually milled in California, by a freelance metal smith. The only place that gets them, is the "Armory" franchise, since they were originaly designed for a local team. |
