98c/M98 question.

   I know the answer is probably going to be no, but I bought a Model 98 and wan't to put a double trigger and a few other parts on it. And, of course, the M98's trigger gaurd doesn't come off.
So I have a pretty odd question, can I put Model 98 interals in a Custom's receivers? I looked at the Internals for both and they seem to be pretty much the same, but I'm not sure, so please forgive teh stupid question.

	With some work and new parts yes... I think you need a trigger and maybe a sear Im for sure on the trig but not sear... but I'd just mill off the trigger guard and make a place for the new one or just don't put one on...

	NOt the expert on 98customs or Model 98's, the point is you shoulda gotten a 98custom to begin with. . . Some of the parts are the same and are interchangable. Though the 98custom is cheap enough I would just say sell your model98 to someone for maybe half of what you payed for it and start over with a 98custom.

	Most parts are the same. You could try it and if you find that you're missing anything, you could order a 98c parts kit.

	seriously i 100% say mill off the guard, because it just means more than buying a new gun because it's better thats why I speedball with my 98 because It sets me apart ad my custom work on i makes me and it special
