I also have a 98 custom and I use an ricochet apache it will feed 20bps has a lcd it also a a flap down by the throat and when a ball drops on it it causes the auger to spin. So if you are not shooting it is not spinning. I use it with a R/T and have never chopped a ball. Got it new off E-bay for $45 including shipping... |

No the Apache has to be manually turned on, but after 5 minutes it will shut off automatically, to save your battery. Just search on e-bay for a ricochet apache 20 bps loader or electronic hoppers. I checked this morning and there is only one for $95.00. Be patient and keep checking E-bay it took me about a month to find and get mine.
