what is the best hopper for under $70? i have a rt on my 98c and i need a hopper that can keep up. by the way, what is the fastest a rt can get with no other upgrades.

From what i hear halo tsa frontman are good or the backman. Front man holds about 180balls and i heard the backman carries about 210. |
