First i found a bit that would fit in this hole, the fit should be snug
.![]() Secure your bolt in a vise or tape it down REALLY TIGHT if you don't have one like me. Drill a hole on the top of the bolt I did mine farther up (look at figure 1.) ![]() Now i did mine a little bit off and you can be a little off. If you drilled in the one further back, you can just turn the inside of the bolt so the holes meet up. But if you did father up like i did (look at figure 2.)you gotta drill in the inside part of the bolt. Now i did not drill threw both sides of the metal bolt. I cut of the part of the bottom of the cocking Stick. (look at figure 3.) I do not know if you have to do this if you drill farther back because the sear dosn't catch there. That is why i did it my way. I am not responsible if you do this and mess up. Now you have to cut the receivers where the top cocking will go. I did this my way you can do it any way though. I found a bit that would fit in the old space for the cocking rod. ![]() Then in the crack where the receivers meet i kept drilling along it where i knew the rod will be going. Then filled it down till the cocking was free to move around and then i sanded the sides for no ware and tare.

pshh, mines better
![]() For the record, you dont HAVE to drill out the inside part. Just take it out, drill the hole and turn the inter part so it points up. I know, i suck at explaining things. Edited by cdacda13 |

1st step: Mill out the shells on the top. Make it so its the same size(wide and long ways). Use a hand file and dremmel.
![]() One with bolt in it. ![]() 2nd step. Drill out back bolt. Take out the inside part of the bolt. You dont need to drill the inside part, you can just flip it. Measure out where the you're going to drill. Always measure. I tried to eye it out, and missed by 1/16th of an inch ![]() Use a drill press. The regular drill dont work. The outside of the bolt is hardened. ![]() These are the directions that i PM some kid who asked for it. |
