idk i don't have an e-grip but here could be an answer to ur problem... check the manual. search around the outside of the grip for a switch or button. check inside the grip for a switch or button. |

you have to turn a screw to change firing modes look at the manual and it will tell you

You have to use a tiny little screwdriver to change the firing modes. Here is the e-grip manual: |
