Not to be rude, but I agree, don't forget to use the search, you could find a lot of this topic comparision.

I will however answer your question.. I would go with the EGrip over the R/T anyday.  Most of the fields won't usually allow R/T, and it can't be used in tournaments.  The R/T yes it does give you the full auto affect, but you can't keep it stable at a continous ROF when most needed.

I myself just recentely ordered the EGrip/JCS Duel Trigger, I would go with the, at HotShotPaintball, you can get a Combo Package at a discount price for both things $124.  The EGrip is the way to go, because of the ability to change the ROF, but also can give you over 5 modes to choose from: Semi Auto, Auto Response, 3 Burst, Fully Auto, and Turbo Mode.

My field only allows Semi Auto (Maybe Auto Response), I still will use it, because with the JCS Duel Trigger you can actually make your Tippmann walkable as easy as a mouse click.  Even on Semi-Auto you can max the fire to 13 BPS -15 BPS.   Go with the EGrip it is Tourney legal (on semi setting) you can use it pretty much anywhere.
