I want to sell my All American 14" Impulse Threaded barrel to my friend and he wants to buy...what I am asking is whats a fair price...it has a black back and a silver tip

I dunno. Take the price you paid for it and subtract a few dollars from it. I guess it depends on how good of a barrel it is.
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

Depends on how old and beat up the barrel is. If it's still in good condition, I'd go 40-50$. If it's really old and decrepit, 25-40$ depending on how extensive the damages are. Hope this helped.
