Just take out the trigger return spring and replace it with a clicky pen spring. I reccomend that you don't use a trigger spring at all though. The pressure from the sear will reset the trigger.

I thought you put the spring where the sear spring was.

Yup, all you have to do is replace the stock spring with the new cut to size pen spring. ^^^You can also replace the sear spring with a pen spring to; to give you lighter pull. |

Replacing the sear spring isn't too good of an idea. At all. The trigger pull tension you feel is not from the sear spring at all- it's from the drive spring trying to push the rear bolt forward. The sear spring's job is to have enough tension to catch the rear bolt when traveling at higher rates of fire (hence the increase in tension with the 98C R/T upgrade). Trigger spring- It is the very frontal spring in the trigger assembly. It sits forward above the trigger, and when you pull the trigger you can see that you compress this spring, and when you let go it pushes the trigger back up. This spring is only necessary for an electro conversion to return the trigger. Otherwise, when the rear bolt latches onto the sear and slides it forward, the sear will create tension on the trigger slider plate (the metal thing with a spring in it on the trigger) and cause it to reset. Replace the front spring with a light spring from a "clicky pen" [retractable pen] and cut it about the same length as the stock spring. Or take it out. |

Cut the pen spring to about the same size as the stock spring.
Its really complex. Remove stock spring, and replace it with pen spring. EDIT: I can't believe this is actually a thread. If you have questions about this mod, read the "Uber Upgrades & FAQ" thread that is stickied at the top. Edited by FyreFly |

I believe you can still do the magnetic trigger without the e-grip.
