So lets see . . .
Saturday I did the absolutely horrid. I drove down the bluff to the lake I live on to take out the boat and boatlift. Summer has officially come to an end since I took it out. I have a car whench that you attack to your trailer ball and attach it to your battery, and ground it in your undercarraige. Anyway, yeah after I drove the boat to the landing and met my father who agreed to drive the boat trailer over, I yanked the boatlift out with the whench. See the boatlift has weels on it, so much easier that floating it to the shore. Our dock has wheels as well so that'll be easy when I decide to take it out too. NOW FALL Small game season opened here saturday. So sunday after church I headed out grouse hunting. It was the best opener i've had for five years. I shot two grouse, a woodcock, and a cottontail. I can't wait until waterfowl and pheasent open. Anyone else headed out huting yet? |

Its been pleasent here. Kinda cool at night, but I live in MN.
We have a mourning dove season here . . . never shot a dove though. I love hungarian partridge hunting, or quail. Fun stuff. |
