Flatline on m98

I was just wondering - is it normal for the flatline barrel to be able to wiggle clockwise and counter-clockwise after you put it into the barrel adapter (but before tightening the barrel adapter)?  I push the barrel in all the way, but it still manages to move about 1/2 inch clockwise or counter-clockwise if I twist it.  Is this normal, and will it affect performance?

Also, how tight does the barrel adapter have to be in the first place?  Are you supposed to use a wrench and tighten it as much as possible, or only hand tighten, or what?  I'm talking about the adapter itself, btw, and not the bolt located on the adapter that is used to tighten it around the flatline barrel itself.

If anyone has an instruction manual/sheet for the flatline, that would be helpful, I think.

Tighten the barrel adapter into the receiver with the site post bolt and the forward grip bolt slight loose. Tighten the adapter until it will go no further...essentially bottomed in the receiver. The back it up just enough to align the split in the adapter with the receiver split with the adapter tightening screw at the bottom.

Then tighten the site bolt and front grip bolt snuggly to lock the adapter in place (do not over tighten the site bolt as the hopper latch will become jammed) Insert the Flatline barrel bottoming it in the adapter, with a rubber mallet on the end of the barrel if necessary. Rotate it left and right as needed to align the barrel with the shroud. (later, when test firing, the barrel may need to be rotated to get a straight trajectory...no left or right curve)

When the barrel is seated and aligned, tighten the bolt in the barrel adapter to clamp the barrel in place. Tight enough that the barrel cannot be turned in the adapter with hand pressure.

When alignment of all the parts is obtained and it is verified that the barrel shoots straight, some people take a scratch awl and mark the positions of the adapter to the receiver and barrel to adapter so that next time correct alignment may be more easily obtained.

When everything is tightened up nothing shoud move from hand pressure.
