i heard that the only difference between the rt and the super rt is that the super has a bigger hose for more air flow is that true and if so how many shots do you get per tank(20 oz.). how much does an rt cost and how much does the super rt cost and how fast does each shoot.

There is no "super r/t" on the market that Tippmann is selling. They sell the r/t for $75. To make it super you call them and tell them you need the bigger LPK hoses. This gets more air to the piston behind your trigger, making it faster. Super r/t can get up to speeds of 20+ bps. A regular r/t can probably get up to the same speed but it has to be tuned perfectly, have trigger mods, and polished internals. It is hard to say how many shots you will get out of each. It all depends on what your setup is and how fast you shoot with it. |

They are free if you tell Tippmann you have the low pressure kit and need the bigger hoses. You just tell them your name and adress and they send them to you.

^^Yup. And you can expect to get about 1100 shots out of your 20oz. This might differ though, depending on your setup and the outside temp.

Slap a halo on the thing, and you have at least over twenty balls a second. And besides, he said more than 12 bps. I mean come on, my r/t could probably even get going that fast.

Just called Tippmann and requested the larger LPK hoses for the R/T. Next question (and I'm sure it's a dumb one): how do I go about installing the larger hoses?? |
