Hey, just finished the final touches on the RT, just have to make a trigger guard now. Sorry the vid is indoors, didn't have access to a place to legally shoot my marker when I had a recorder. Well, here it is. http://media.putfile.com/MINE5922

Hey man... LOVE seeing more carbine lovers installing R/T's. One thing to
keep in mind, it'll shoot faster dry than it will with balls. Also, don't know if your Revvy will keep up or not. Another thing you might want to consider is getting the Tippmann LP 1/8 hoses for the R/T. Turns it into a Super R/T. My Carbine R/T (with Cyclone feed... you may have seen it up here or in the pro/carb forum or anywhere else... only one of its kind) is shooting around 15 bps right now. The thing ripppps. Anyways, try it with some balls and if you want more speed do the Super R/T mod... you'll love it. |

Find a used one on e-bay or on one of the forums. No matter how much it was used it's still going to perform like it's brand new. Pro-lite and Pro/ Carbs are the toughest markers out there. Tell you the truth... I don't think I've boughten a new Tippmann Carbine yet.... all used and they work wonderfully. |

80 bucks for a used pro carbine is not that bad. I paid 149 for a new one, so anything below 100 is a very good deal. |

True that... $80 is a good price for a Pro/carb. $50-65 should get you a
68-carbine which can be sent to Tippmann for a FREE CVX valve upgrade (if it doesn't already come with it). Once you have a new valve in there it'll will give you the same performance of a pro/carb. I just wanted to state that I'm pissed that Tippmann dropped the carbine line and has introduced a propane gun. WTF? <--- bitter! |
