I am a woodsball player with a custom 98. I have upgraded to an awesome 14" barrel, collapsible stock, double-trigger, and sling. The upgrades do not sound like much but for me, they work great. My problem is with sighting, when wearing the mask, the collapsible stock makes it nearly impossible to use the standard sight. I have been doing research into really good sights, ranging from rail sights to red/green dot sights. I was wondering if anyone might have any recommendations on a really good sight. Thanks! |

Honestly, any decent red dot sight will probably do well for what you want. Open or closed doesn't matter much, except for price. The Adco sight is good, I found a Crossman at Meijers with a wider-angle FOV that works good too. I also have a BSA 30mm that I found for a great price. If you are going to go with a sight, it might be a good idea to look into an offset mount for it too, there is a few of them out there, and they are specially designed to get the sight out of the way of the hopper, and also to enable sighting with a mask on. you don't really need an offset unless your moving your hopper over your gun or w/e cuz it is to the right and out of the way....hence why they did that for this reason
