Drop Forward- hose problem

I am gettin a drop forward for my 98c and I have been tryin to take the hose off the other drop, is there some trick to this cause I dont wont to go an hour away just to get it installed. Thanks for any sujestions

is it macro line..or steel braided...and are you trying to take off the hose of the fitting..or both

The hose probably has loctite on it. Carefully put the drop in a vice grip and use a wrench to unscrew the hose. You might want to put some kind of padding between the vice grip and drop so you don't scratch it.

Do what he said, or take a Lighter to the loctited threads, when you see black smoke coming off of it, ue your wrench, and take it off.
