Advantages: Will make your gun more consistent, will help prevent velocity spikes, will help keep liquid out of your marker, will allow you to lower your guns operating pressure (sometimes), etc. And I'd personally get the Male version, mostly becuase it also acts as a foregrip, and I think it looks good. But if you want a different model, they can all be found on www.countysports.com

I have the male (vertical) palmer stabilizer regulator. No complaints...My gun shoots with a total +/- 20 fps and an average of +/- 7 fps , sounds like a lot, but I think it is about as good as it gets with an A-5, high pressure, and CO2. The male and female perform equally, but just are put in different places. Male screws into tombstone on gun (parallel to grip and a couple inches longer than grip), female goes on tank at tank adapter I think or at end of remote line. Check out palmers website, but you could buy them from hotshotpaintball.com or countysports.com (both reputable dealers I have personally purchased from) I would recommend buying the kit with the correct length hose and fitting included if buying the male version. |
