Went out with mine this weekend and wasn't impressed with how my setup shot.  Wondering what brand of paintballs others here with A5s and flatlines have found that shoot the straightest.

98% of ion owners think ions are better than any high end gun. If you would like to bonus ball these idiots put this in your sig.

Small bore paint, high quality paint. So Marbs fall under that category.

260?  Mine was at 280.  Could that have had something to do with it?

Yeah. Works better at lower velocity with small-bore high quality balls.

I've never heard it as low as 260 before. 270-280 will give you best performance with small paint.

Use marbs.  I think chronoing it between 260-280 will be fine.

The above statements are good advice, however, just don't set your expectations too high for the accuracy of the flatline. It should probably be a little better than your stock barrel, but definatly not as accurate as a good, non-backspin type barrel. It's advantage is not having to adjust for paintball drop.
