There's an older pic of my 98c. That red dot is now on my SL-68 and I finally got an N2 tank. I also had a double trigger on it, but it will require some modification to actually work. Also, the power tube cracked so it's out of action right now. I painted it and made the grips out of mahogany. For those of you who can't tell, that's a Palmer's Stabilizer, a 14" LAPCO Bigshot, and an Empire reloader. Since these were so popular last time I posted the pics, here's my buddy's gun again with his powder coat job and diamond plate grips, which I beleive he's shined up since then or replaced with aluminum grips. His gun also has an unknown DYE chromed drop, double trigger, Halo TSA loader, and a freak Jr. Barrel. I also think those are stainless screws. There's my 98c in it's current configuration, which I use when I don't feel like using the drop. Also, my SL-68, which now works, and wears a JnJ ceramic barrel. Note Godzilla's feet in the picture, these guns are actually over 150 feet long. |

You're not using the stabilizer on the 98 anymore?
Nice paintjob. |

I do't use the stab when I don't want a drop. It's easier to switch it that way than to mess with the gas lines since i already have the x-chamber attached to the standard ASA. I'll probably get an A-5Rt this spring for a dedicated woodsball gun, so the drop and stab, and probably the double trigger, will be more permanant accessories for the 98c.

Nice set of markers.
Stick w/ the wood grips on the 98. It really sets you apart. Especially since you made them your self. Everybody has stickies now adays. |

One shot, One kill.... Oh, wait. What fun is that? TEN shots, one kill, and a bunch of welts on your back.

I don't know about DYE stickies. I'm actually kind of glad I don't own any DYE products. I also like the slim grip with my wood grips. Maybe I'll put the rubber ones on if I'm playing in muddy crap, otherwise I'm sticking with the wood grips. They go nicely with the green. My friend's diamond plate grips actually aren't uncomfortable. Especially since the drop usually means you support more of the marker with your foreward hand, you don't need a realy tight grip. Also a slim grip profile feels nice. |
