You can use it with one. If you're not planning on removing the
valve again for a while you can douse the other one with loc-tite and
put it in place too.
You can also get a slightly larger diameter self-tapping screw and use that so it cuts it's own threads, but you definitely don't want to be taking the valve out and putting it back in a lot if you do it. |

It can use one screw because you have 7 other screws squeezing the power tube in place. With one screww it holds it from sliding and the other 6 squeeze the tube, hopefully you know what i mean

I brought it too my proshop, and the tech tested it. He says theres a
small crack in the valve, so it shoots, but itll go through Co2 twice
as fast. Also, will it chrono properly? Cause i read that it wont crono
at a stable speed with only one.

Your local proshop, probably canadian paintball if your really in canada, will probably be able to order in a new valve for you but for the 2+ weeks until it arrives you should just douse the valve with locktite. |

Uh no, im not doing that. Because then it will be hell to remove the
valve when they get the new one in and even if i can get it out, it
will probably be stuck to the powertube really hard. And then ill have
to get a new powertube because ill crack it taking off the valve.

Screws installed with red LocTite are EASILY removed by softening the LocTite with heat. I have posted this before, but I'll explain it again. Let me say that this method works on screws. Though the principal is similar there is no practical way to apply it to hose fittings on a marker. First you need a 100 to 140 watt trigger type solder gun. Bring the tip to temperature and feed a little solder to the tip to establish a droplet there. The droplet is there to aid heat transfer, not to do any soldering. Bring the tip of the soldering gun, with the droplet, into contact with the head of the LocTite'd screw. Hold it there in firm contact until the screw is too hot to touch with your finger tip. The heat transfered to the screw will have softened the Red Loc Tite allowing you to back the screw out with the proper Allen wrench or driver. |
