Silencers, legal in Canada?

Are home-made silencers legal for use in Canada?
Paintball barrel-wise obviously.
And if it is, can someone link me on to how to make one? (or PM me at thr least)

	If I had to take a guess, I'd agree with cheetos.

	They aren't in the states, and the states are generally more leniant when it comes to gun laws. And theoretically you could put a pb silencer on a real gun, so probably not.
