I play Woodsball and Recball and I am fairly new to the sport. I bought an all stock 98 Custom and play with a 20oz c02 tank. I want to upgrade my barrel and air system. I was thinking to get a 14 or 16 inch barrel because I like staying back and picking off people. I don't like to completely stay back like some serious sniping people, But not rush and play frontman, I'm kind of in the middle. For my air system I want to get a 68cu/4500psi Pure Energy Carbon Fibre tank. They are light and last a long time I heard. I hear you can get at least 1000+ shots from them. Now, I am what you call a Newbie so I'll take any suggestions, thanks.

Yea, I don't want to spend alot on barrel, $50 - $60 dollars maximum. But I do want to save up $200 dollars for a compressed air system which will last me for a long time and is safer and more reliable then c02.

I say the lapco bigshot, its awesome, and right in your price range.

The tank sounds fine, maybe also look into crossfire tanks.

Good Luck
